While we were down there, we also hit up a couple of Diners, Drive Ins and Dives restaurants- the Blue Plate Diner for breakfast on Saturday morning and the Red Iguana with David and a friend of his (Susanna) for dinner on Saturday night. And it was all DELICIOUS. The Blue Plate had a line out the door and live music! It was a really funky but cool place- and the food was great!
After dinner, David took us up to a place above the Utah Capitol Building... he found it a while ago when he was exploring the city one day and looking for good places to take pictures. It was sunset and amazing up there- we could see for miles and really enjoyed it up there. We also chose to ignore the sign that said we weren't allowed to park there and stand around ;)
